Sean and his family are moving from Ohio to Denver, CO to open Sweetwaters cafes. They previously lived in Colorado and miss all of the outdoor activities the area offers. Sean spent the majority of his career captaining commercial vessels in the Gulf of Mexico. He wanted to secure a business which would afford him the opportunity to connect with the community he serves; while still enjoying the freedom and flexibility that comes with a semi-absentee ownership model. He wants the flexibility of spending time with his family and enjoying his outdoor hobbies. He attended our Join the Team Day and experienced our superior menu items and authentic brand positioning. After spending time with the executive teams of Sweetwaters and Franworth, he secured the development rights for two cafes.
I’ve been in franchising for 10 years and I’ve tried a lot of other franchise sales teams both in-house and external and, to be honest, the BrandONE team is like the NFL – they’re just absolutely the best. Our sales are through the roof, they absolutely deliver and I think they set the bar in the industry.
