After nearly two decades in the family business, B After nearly two decades in the family business, Brad Raben kicks the tires on a new career. The accomplished business leader and avid do-it-yourselfer looks to break into the home services sector as he opens one @renovationsells territory in Evansville, IN!

Under Brad’s sales and operations leadership, Raben Tire Company was thriving! In fact, the family-owned business, started by his grandfather in 1952, became one of the largest tire dealers in the Midwest, thanks to Brad’s management and business acumen. After the company was sold in 2019, however, he sought a change of pace. 

Enter Renovation Sells, a company that makes fast, affordable, cosmetic updates to homes to get them “Instagram ready” for sale, resulting in faster sales and higher prices for homeowners and their agents. 

With two home renovations on his resume, Brad sees his new venture as a way to marry his business prowess and home improvement know-how to help homeowners in his community. The Raben name lives on in the Hoosier State as Brad begins his own legacy, supported by his wife, Meredith, and their three children.

Fueled by BrandONE, @RenovationSells is thrilled t Fueled by BrandONE, @RenovationSells is thrilled to welcome Lisa Masys to the family! Her two territories in Eastern Cincinnati, OH, will bring value to homeowners across the region! 

Lisa seemed destined for a career in home renovation. She began learning the ropes from her mother, who was a realtor, at a young age, and frequently assisted her with getting homes ready to take to market. 

In 2008, she took on her biggest home reno project yet: updating her 1970s home with her husband. The couple learned a lot, but the biggest takeaway was that Lisa was now sure she wanted to make a career out of home renovation!

Lisa became an Accredited Staging Professional in 2014 and earned her real estate license two years after that. Since becoming an insider in the industry, she’s developed an even deeper appreciation for the value of a market-ready home.

Renovation Sells and their new franchisee share the same vision. As a company, Renovation Sells makes fast, affordable, cosmetic updates to homes to get them “Instagram ready” for sale, resulting in faster sales and higher prices for homeowners and their agents. 

“I have seen firsthand the difference between a beautiful market-ready house versus a house just (thrown into) the market,” notes Lisa. “I have absolutely loved helping homeowners bring more value to their house!”

With that attitude, and BrandONE’s backing, the sky's the limit for Lisa!

Seth’s internal drive has always positioned him for success. He holds two degrees - one in commerce and one in IT - and is also certified in teaching and network security. But, since 2005, Seth has been slinging snacks for FritoLay! 

A few years back, however, a cancer diagnosis changed everything.

During recovery, Seth took inventory of his life and decided to map out a new path. Enter Seniors Helping Seniors® in-home services, a franchise whose strong brand name and mission gave him hope!

A born ‘people person,’ Seth will lean on his relationship-building skills in his new venture. With the support of his wife, Mercy, who has 13 years’ experience as a nurse, Seth’s excited to start building wealth while also creating a legacy for his family. 

“I learn quickly once you give me the map,” he notes. Backed by BrandONE’s leadership team, Seth’s path to success is clear and he’s ready to roll!

Fueled by BrandONE, Chris Winston sets his sights Fueled by BrandONE, Chris Winston sets his sights on renovating the Bay Area! Backed by project management expertise and real estate knowledge, he’s got the blueprint for success and is ready to make an impact with his one Renovation Sells territory in Walnut Creek, CA! 

After years of working for corporate titans like Procter & Gamble and Clorox, Chris developed an array of project management prowess. He eventually decided to pivot careers, however, making the move into real estate. This job change is what led him to Renovation Sells and he believes the two ventures work hand-in-hand! 

“Becoming a realtor has opened up the world of business development as an insider in the industry,” Chris says. “I am eager to pitch the Renovation Sells vision to my new peers.”

When he’s not working, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife, Jennifer, and their three children. Chris and his family are very involved in their church community and love taking trips to Tahoe to go hiking and skiing. He’s an avid do-it-yourselfer as well, and boasts a laundry list of successful home projects – yet another skill that will come in handy in his new venture.

BrandONE and The Junkluggers are ecstatic to welco BrandONE and The Junkluggers are ecstatic to welcome Joe and Cameron Duda to the team! The father-son duo eyes Winchester, Virginia, as their first territory. 

Joe enters the junk removal scene behind a quarter-century of results-driven work in global healthcare. However, after holding several roles, including VP, President, and Head of North American Commercial Strategy & Business Services, he’s ready for an overhaul!

Enter Junkluggers. The proven brand spoke to Cameron, Joe’s son. Cameron, who already owns a hauling business, is looking forward to contributing his industry expertise to the venture while his father provides an overarching vision. 

“Having held multiple roles encompassing both technical and commercial areas, I have a solid understanding of how the pieces fit together to make a business run,” says Joe.

With the combination of Joe and Cameron’s complementary skills, this business is in good hands and BrandONE is thrilled to watch the territory grow!

BrandONE is thrilled to welcome Brad Kestner to th BrandONE is thrilled to welcome Brad Kestner to the RestoPros family as he launches one territory in East Hamilton County, Ohio! Brad isn’t new to business ownership – he’s already got a successful fitness and MMA gym on his resume. With his new RestoPros franchise, he’s looking forward to giving back to his hometown in a different way. 

“The desire to run my own business led me to RestoPros, where I can put customers first, create a great environment for employees, and be a positive force in the community,” notes Brad. 

After earning a B.A. in Mechanical Engineering and working in the automotive, aviation, and power generation industries, Brad thought his future was mapped out. He decided to take an exciting detour with RestoPros, however, and we are thrilled that he did! 

Brad’s desire to own an established customer-first business aligns well with the RestoPros mission. The restoration industry - worth $210 billion with no sign of decline - matches honest work with a lucrative revenue stream. Chuck and Tammie Stansberry’s combined 50 years Chuck and Tammie Stansberry’s combined 50 years of government and military experience is set to catapult them to success in the Memphis junk removal scene! The couple eyes three territories and BrandONE is thrilled to add their skills to the growing Junklugger family.

Tammie’s experience in software and data solutions makes her the perfect candidate to run the back end of the business. For 17-plus years, she was tasked with supporting her company’s federal accounting software. Over that time, she developed an incredible ability to multitask, helping her juggle projects with ease. 

Her next gig is a group project with partner-in-crime and husband, Chuck!

Supported by almost 30 years of military experience, Chuck knows a thing or two about running a tight ship. His detail-oriented approach and ability to lead make him an ideal candidate to command the day-to-day operations of the business. As strong as they both are as individuals, however, this pair shines brighter as a team!

“We complement each other to make up the total package,” boasts Tammie about the duo’s chemistry. They both possess extensive training skills and are eager to flaunt their relationship-building prowess in the community.

For over 8 years, he used the power of franchising to build and grow 3 successful stores, until he sold them in 2010. In 2012, Eric started his own franchise business model in the property restoration business. After 2 years of developing and refining his franchise model, he began expanding the business across Canada until the company was sold in late 2020. Today, Eric pursues his two passions; cruising his yacht up and down the eastern coast, and helping people build their businesses and dreams though the power of franchising.
