With more than 33 years of experience in franchise development, Jonathan (JT) Thiessen brings unmatched expertise and passion to his role as Partner and Chief Growth Officer at BrandONE. JT began his franchise development career right out of college with RE/MAX, sparking a lifelong love for franchising. Over the years, he has helped build dozens of brands and guided thousands of individuals—including members of his own family—through the life-changing journey of becoming franchisees.
Having known the BrandONE partners for nearly two decades, JT was inspired to join the team by their integrity, talent, and vision for growth. As part of the B1 crew, he’s committed not only to expanding strong franchise systems, but also to giving back to the industry that has given him so much. Whether mentoring the next generation of development professionals or helping entrepreneurs find the right opportunity, JT thrives on creating meaningful connections that transform lives.
Outside of work, JT enjoys golf, pitching for his longtime softball team, and traveling with his son to major league baseball stadiums across the country. He lives in Southern California with his wife, two children, and two lively Australian Shepherds.
