Lisa McGill is VP of Franchise Development at BrandONE, where she leverages more than a decade of franchise experience and a lifetime of entrepreneurial insight to support smart, strategic growth. Since 2014, she’s worked with 12 franchise brands across retail and service sectors, placing strong candidates and helping systems scale sustainably.
Before franchising, Lisa built and ran three of her own service businesses and worked in Big Pharma and Healthcare IT, giving her a well-rounded perspective and an operator’s mindset. She’s passionate about helping candidates step confidently into business ownership – and helping brands find partners who will elevate the system.
Lisa lives in Florida with her husband Steven, their two entrepreneurial daughters Kas (owner of Hammerhead Fitness) and Sammy (owner of Sweetly, Sammy), and their two beloved pups, Zoey and Tucker. A believer in faith, family, and freedom, Lisa finds joy in fitness, cooking, tennis, and traveling, especially to visit her extended family in Austria.
