Melissa Straw brings hands-on experience and deep operational insight to her role as Director of Operations at BrandONE. Since starting in franchising in 2018 as a receptionist, Melissa has built her career from the ground up – progressing through training, development support, and eventually into a franchise sales role. Along the way, she’s developed a passion for building efficient systems, delivering meaningful support to franchisees, and collaborating across teams to drive results.
At BrandONE, Melissa is focused on strengthening internal operations, refining the development process, and making franchise growth smoother and more scalable for everyone involved. With a natural gift for coordination and communication, she thrives on the relationships that power the franchise journey – supporting both brands and candidates at every stage.
Outside of work, Melissa is a devoted reader, amateur backyard gardener, and Anaheim Ducks fan who shares life with her husband and two dogs, Kai and Hazel.
